Celebrate Women's Cricket with Us This Summer!
The whole community is invited to attend and support DWS25 – a community day to grow the women's game
Dorset Cricket Board invites everyone to participate in DWS25, Dorset Women's Showcase Day, which will take place on Thursday, 31 July, at Wimborne Cricket Club.
Designed to unite the cricket community and celebrate women in sport, the day will feature a high-quality T20 showcase match, interactive youth zones, talks, and networking. Southern Brave coaches will also lead school and pathway player sessions on-site.
Andy Coleman, CEO of Dorset Cricket, said:
"This day is for our cricketing community — players, families, coaches, and volunteers. It's a chance to bring your club colours, fill the boundary, and support the women's game."
Club group bookings are encouraged, and entry for children under 18 is free. There will also be opportunities to meet Dorset Cricket staff, connect with other clubs, and engage with the game's future direction.
